We showed up on Christmas eve after going to another dealership 2 days before. We met Jacob who was awesome. He helped us out and was very informative. Once we made our decision Leo finished us up. There were alot of forms to sign and my husband felt rushed and when he asked questions Terrance seemed annoyed. Granted it's Christmas eve at closing time. So I understood that but we still shouldn't of felt like we were an annoyance to him. 2 days later I returned to drop additional coverage I signed for. I have been to other dealers in the past with my dad, and they refused to speak to me if my dad was present despite me being the sole owner/ lessee of the vehicle. Quan, on the other hand, spoke to me and ma they refused to speak to me if my dad was present despite me being the sole owner/ lessee of the vehicle. Had just started looking for a car, told him my needs and he immediately came out with the atlas and it was love at first sight.
