It was great working with Jacob and purchase my vehicle through him. I am upset at the fact that this car was a smoker’s vehicle and that was not disclosed to me nor was it on the CARFAX. The detailers should have picked up that instead of trying to cover it up with air fresheners. Especially as a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. My family noticed the smell as soon as I opened the door when I bought the car home. Really embarrassing I should have been more observant. Still waiting on my second key, but Jacob is keeping me updated. He’s doing a good job! Just don’t know if would trust recommending the dealership to family or friends and doing any future business.
