My wife showed up many hours before me and looked at cars (Scott was tied up and she was assisted by another). When I arrived, Scott was able to reengage with us. We bought a car and Jesse got involved on ensuring all financing and paperwork was complete. He also had great personal, no pressure skills that made the evening well worth the wait.
