Horrible customer service Don’t ever go here for services, especially if you’re a woman. I brought my car here because it wouldn’t start and was advised by Ray Garcia that the Don’t ever go here for services, especially if you’re a woman. I brought my car here because it wouldn’t start and was advised by Ray Garcia that the battery was dead and they wouldn’t be able to run diagnostics until replaced. I found this odd, since I had just purchased the battery from Autozone less than a month ago. Nonetheless, I needed my car to get back and forth to work, so I authorized them replacing the battery but asked that he hold on to the old one, as I had a warranty on it. Two days later, Ray tells me that the reason my car wouldn’t start was because my car wasn’t recognizing the key fob, which was activating the anti theft system and disabling the car. He advised that he could order me a new key fob but it had to be ordered and would take 3-4 business days to be delivered. I declined as I had just got the key fob from a locksmith 6 months ago and also had a warranty on it. I told Ray that I would be having my vehicle pulled from the dealership the following morning, as I couldn’t afford to be without a vehicle any longer. I arrived the next morning with a truck and a few friends to help pull the vehicle. After I paid, I verified with Ray that my old battery was with my vehicle. Ray asked what brand the battery was, which I told him a Duralast Gold and he went to check for the battery. He returned with AAA battery, and told me that was the only battery in the back. I repeated that my old battery was a Duralast Gold and to his surprise, I had the receipt for that purchase which I provided to him. 20 minutes later Ray confirmed that they “lost” my battery and that he would have to speak with a manager to get it figured out and he would give me a call that following Monday. At this point, my friend was able to pull the vehicle to the locksmith to get the key fob replaced. Imagine my surprise, when the locksmith tells me that the key fob is replaced and working but the car battery is dead. The battery that I just paid almost $300 for that morning. I call Ray to let him know this and his response was not an apology for the inconvenience but an accusation of “maybe there’s something else draining the battery.” What did I pay a diagnostic fee for? If there was something else draining my battery, why wouldn’t you let me know this BEFORE you put in another battery? He was very condescending and advised that if I’m able to get the car back to them, they may be able to fix it that day. When I get the car back to the dealership, he again stated that the battery was covered but if there’s anything shorting out the battery, it would be my responsibility. Both myself and my friend asked what the diagnostic fee was for if it’s not going to diagnose a problem especially with the part that they replaced. His response was because I didn’t let them complete the work of replacing my key fob, they couldn’t completely diagnose my car. Turns out the “new” battery they put in was indeed a bad battery. I will never go here again, and had made sure that I let everyone that I know of my experience. Ray was extremely rude to both myself and my friend, who is also a woman, when we inquired on how the battery could have died so quickly. When I told him that I couldn’t afford to not have a vehicle to get me to work, he was very callous and indifferent about it. He didn’t offer to rent me a car, until the car can be fixed,as this had already been a three day long ordeal. But as soon as he saw my friend’s husband and brother in law, his entire demeanor changed. He was helpful and listened when they explained how they battery couldn’t hold a charge long enough to roll down the car windows. He told them that he would get it fixed right away. And it wasn’t even their car! If you are a woman, especially if you’re unfamiliar with cars and don’t have any male friends. Stay clear of O’reilly Chevrolet. More

After being promised by 2 different people that I would get the test drive to see if the car was something I would be interested in, I was told that I would not be able to test drive the car. In the end all that was accomplished was the blatant wasting over an hour of my time where I was constantly pushed to buy a car with O'rielly. I was blatantly disrespected by the sales staff who spoke about me in Spanish amongst each other while I was sitting at the desk with them. The salesman seemed to know little to nothing about the car except what he could read on the window sticker and seemed more interested in making me buy the car, which did not fit any of my needs, than helping me make an informed decision. Not to mention the total lack of quality development, design or quality of the GM vehicles i had the opportunity to look at. This atrocious lack of knowlege, customs and courtesies makes me embarrassed to own a GM vehicle and has deterred me from wanting to do business with O'Rielly's or any other GM dealership. If I could I would give my transaction 0/5 stars. More
Overpriced a truck even after I confirming it was less. I was just about ready to buy a 2018 Z71 truck here. It was a clean and new truck, I get that this truck is worth more than the same used truck so i knew that I was going to pay a little more; but when the numbers were presented to me, I couldn't sign. The truck was presented to me at $48k when I told the salesman that banks priced it at $36k MAX, given the miles and bells and whistles included. I walked in knowing that I was going to pay more but I was not willing to pay $12k more when they already had a $11k "discount" on it. I tried to let them know where I was coming from, letting them know that I was willing to pay more but they didn't want to make the sale. The next day, I was in Phoenix signing for a 2019 Silverado 4x4 LT for $46k out the door. More

My husband and I had a fabulous transaction, every person we interacted with, including the GM Carlos, our sales rep Erik, and finance was very helpful, fast and efficient. All our needs AND WANTS were met in a swift and timely manner. We have purchased many cars, this transaction was also very fair, didn’t feel a “sale” pushed on us, they genuinely cared about meeting our families needs. We are so grateful. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for us. More
Used Car Purchase I purchased a 2018 Ford Edge at O’Rielly. It has 28K miles. After the typical back & forth I left with the vehicle 4 hours later. The car needs fro I purchased a 2018 Ford Edge at O’Rielly. It has 28K miles. After the typical back & forth I left with the vehicle 4 hours later. The car needs front tires after further inspection & they don’t want to replace them now. It’s been 2 weeks & they still haven’t paid off my trade in. So now I’m getting calls from the lien holder wanting me to pay for a car I no longer own. Selling a near brand new car that needs tires & not paying off my trade in a timely manner equals an overall poor experience. More
