I would give a zero 🌟 if I could, I do not recommended this place to anyone for anything, 1) I was overcharged, 2) parts of my vehicle were no longer there after I left it with them for repair service, 3) this place to anyone for anything, 1) I was overcharged, 2) parts of my vehicle were no longer there after I left it with them for repair service, 3) I had to two my vehicle out of the shop after I was told it was driveable even after I paid more than original qoute, 4) After addressing management I had no response. Great Service, Great Selection, Family Owned This dealership has been an important part of Tucson for over 95 years. I went because of its proximity to my house, and the prices they were offering on their used vehicles. My salesman was very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand my budget, needs and preferences. I was only shown vehicles I could actually afford, which was nice. Their selection is really varied and affordable so pretty much whatever you are looking for you could probably find here. The financing was quick and easy, the terms were more than fair, and I got an extremely generous offer for my trade. I highly recommend this dealership and I will not be going anywhere else from now on. More

I wasn't sure if I would trade my truck in but with her knowledge of the Chevy trucks on the lot and listening to what I wanted and needed she made the transaction happen very quickly and smoothly. Thank you for working with me, I look forward to my future purchases with Melissa. One last note Javier was great when it came to showing me a\everything on the truck. More

Google reviews will not let me write another, so I'm Update. Laat night the car did what it does, and added on revving the engine. So this am I called GM, NHSTA, AND OREILLY. At oreilly I spoke to the Update. Laat night the car did what it does, and added on revving the engine. So this am I called GM, NHSTA, AND OREILLY. At oreilly I spoke to the service manager, who explained, that if the car wasnt doing anything, nothing to fix. Well I started the car and ita still doing it, so I'm at o'Reilly with my car back in service somewhere. Will update more when I have the info. Google reviews will not let me write another, so I'm here. UNBELIVABLE REALLY. last wednesday I brought my car to my mechanic, while it was doing what it does. And that mechanic referred me to the dealer, with a printed TECHNICAL BULLETIN about my car. So I called and, low and behold, o'Reilly made me an appt for 1130. I get there and Tommy tells me that they cant diagnose the car in two days, and could I bring it on Tuesday. At 2. But to be there a bit early to fill out the paperwork for "buy a car, get a truck" a program running when I bought my car. Only my car hasnt done what it does since last Wednesday..but I go anyway because they are going to DIAGNOSE the car. Except, when I get there, I'm told that unless they can, duplicate, or cause the issue to happen, they can NOT diagnose the problem..oh and by the way, it is now going to cost $90 to do diagnose. My chief complaint is the fact that I was not told all this on LAST WEDNESDAY. I'm at a loss as to how to even FIND OUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE CAR. So I call tonight and speak to the ised car manager, because all service advisors, and managers have gone home, but have been assured that I would receive a call from the used car manager, after he gets in tomorrow. Well see. But funny thing, my car did it again tonight, and I could barely accelerate from a stop..and had to cross Valencia road...I do hope that I can get this figured out... More
unprofessional service managers i took my equinox which i leased almost three years ago in for its annual service. i had made an appointment the day before online. i must say thatlea i took my equinox which i leased almost three years ago in for its annual service. i had made an appointment the day before online. i must say thatleasing the car was a good experience in general. everyone was very nice and helpful. i like the equinox so much that i have decided to but it when the lease is up in a month, but the weak link in their business is the service managers.two out of three visits for service i had RUDE, CONDESENDING, ARROGANT JERKS who should never ever have a job dealing with peoiple. the issue is not what they say, but how they say it. the work that was performed was fine (i assume) becuse i did not see what was done. i just take their word that they did everything correctly. also the serivce manager tried to upsell me to clean the fuel delivery system at 14,500 miles. also the air filter on the heat and ac system. all for around 300 bucks. any fool can read the service maintenance schedule as know this is not neccesary. so while the leasing/ buying experience was ok, ( they are car sales you know), i will never take my car back to them again. if the management reads this, i hope they are smart enough to fire the idiot servic emanagers and hire and trasin them to respect theircustomers. From one to five stars on one visit! I own three GM vehicles including C7 Corvette Stingray Z51! Originally I had a good service consultant and the speed and quality of work was excellent I own three GM vehicles including C7 Corvette Stingray Z51! Originally I had a good service consultant and the speed and quality of work was excellent. He left and I was assigned to a person that possessed little knowledge of vehicles and how warranties worked. I had to call warrantee companies myself to secure coverage. She took her time returning calls (never or 1-2 days). At request I have been assigned to Tommy Bernath. I was treated with the highest respect, he was knowledgeable and got my vehicle in and out with oil change and diagnostics quicker than I’ve ever experienced! I am a strong believer in that the quality of your service is greatly dictated by the quality of the service consultant as the better mechanics prefer working for him and it’s great to be treated as though your business is important. Great job Tommy! More
Terrible Repair I took my car here last year for overheating and about a month later it was still overheating. I called and they told me "cars overheat, it's normal". I took my car here last year for overheating and about a month later it was still overheating. I called and they told me "cars overheat, it's normal". Just recently I took a trip to California and my car was overheating and shaking so bad I had to pull off of the road. I called (because the repair is under warranty) to see if I could get it checked out and they told me is $90 to get it checked out if it ends up not being the part that they fixed. IF I WENT IN FOR OVERHEATING WHY DIDN'T THEY FIX EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG WITH IT? They're trying to tell me that within the month that I took it in to get it fixed, something else broke that is also causing my car to overheat? The last time I took my car I had to go back two more times and wait 7 HOURS (when they said it'd take 2). ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, AWFUL PLACE. More
