Amazing salesmanship, and the best no pressure personality. We walked out of there with a brand new 2017 Chevrolet Impala. Beautiful car!!Thank you guys for being the best. More

TO MY CONVENIENCE ,, SOON AS I GOT THERE JASMINE ANOTHER PLEASANT YOUNG LADY TOOK MY INFO. & GAVE ME A DISCOUNT CARD FOR THERE CAFE .FOOD WAS GREAT TOO.. IT WASN'T LONG BEFORE MY CAR WAS DONE & JASMINE SENT IT FOR A WASH JOB .. THE YOUNG MAN THAT BROUGHT IT BACK WAS PROFESSIONAL N TOOK TIME TO WALK AROUND TO MAKE SURE THE GSLASS WAS CLEAN & DRY ALL IN ALL THAT WAS ONE OF THE MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCES I'VE EVER HAD AT ANY DEALERSHIP , FUN ,PROFESSIONAL ,PEOPLE .. Wrong diagnosis I was on a road trip and the battery light came so I took my car to O'Rielly's in Tucson to see what the problem was.. The serviceman was very nice a I was on a road trip and the battery light came so I took my car to O'Rielly's in Tucson to see what the problem was.. The serviceman was very nice and fit my car in even though they were very busy, He said it would take 2 hours and he told me the cost. It took 4 hours and they told me they found nothing wrong with the battery or the alternator. We barely made it to Salt Lake City when we lost power. The alternator went out...it is burned. It cost me $90 for them to tell me there was nothing wrong...which was not the case and it could have been very serious had it gone out in the middle of nowhere. More

The 1st time I took it in myself. Even though I signed everything and gave my contact info.. They called my husband. Pissed me off. They got better the next time. But after that. The sales supervisor called my husband. About buying my truck. My husbands name is not even on the title. And I told them that before. So I think if you are a woman. If you have a husband, father or older brother. O'Reilly would rather deal with them than you. More

Trade in not paid off It has been two weeks since I purchased a new truck. My trade in vehicle loan has not been paid off. I contacted the dealer and they are telling me It has been two weeks since I purchased a new truck. My trade in vehicle loan has not been paid off. I contacted the dealer and they are telling me the transaction is scheduled to be processed. Why would they postpone the trade in payoff? They can't get title to it until it's paid off which delays their ability to re-sell it. Now the payment is due on my trade in and I'll have to make that payment even though I don't have the car. I'm giving them two more days before contacting a consumer credit fraud attorney. More
