Worst service all the way around. Wouldn't recomend, daughter & son in law went for truck, got quote, they said they'd try for better deal for them & them call back. Still waiting 1 wk Wouldn't recomend, daughter & son in law went for truck, got quote, they said they'd try for better deal for them & them call back. Still waiting 1 wk later. Reported to customer service, they said they'd get to the bottom of it, still waiting, 3 days later. Glad to say they got a truck and an even better deal somewhere else. They would've got taken the first offer its your loss. We will never do business there. Gave one star because I had to, to submit it. More

Long waits Had to have a alignment done under warranty and tires needed replaced. Took 4 hours and refused to warranty tires even though truck only has 6k on it. Had to have a alignment done under warranty and tires needed replaced. Took 4 hours and refused to warranty tires even though truck only has 6k on it. When I originally got there for my appointment they had no idea what I was in for and told me they were booked. The communication internally must be bad if you can make a appointment but not know why the truck is in. Good luck and enjoy the coffee bar. More

You won't regret it! Hands down the BEST dealership in Tucson! We had gone and purchased a truck from a different dealer but they failed to communicate with delivery, had no people skills, lacked professionalism (I could go on and on) so we took our business elsewhere. We ended up at OReilly Chevy and they went above and beyond to find us the truck we wanted, listening to our needs and wants. We walked out several hours later with my husband's dream truck with zero regrets. They have our business for life. Thank you OReilly and team!!! More

$1400 to have a recall done, and poor communicatioin My vehicle falls under a special coverage much like a recall. That explains the testing procedure which involves reving the engine to 1800-2000 rpm My vehicle falls under a special coverage much like a recall. That explains the testing procedure which involves reving the engine to 1800-2000 rpm and seeing if the power steering works. I gave the special coverage number when I initially tried to make an appointment, but the scheduler said I needed to talk with a service adviser and she tried to connect me. After 30 minutes on hold, I called Chevrolet corporate to confirm that my special coverage service bulletin was accurate. I then had Chevy corporate call the dealership and explain to them, just in case they had trouble locating the special coverage bulletin. When I arrived for my appt. It took over 30 minutes to check in, and I brought a copy of the special coverage bulletin, but the service adviser refused to look at it. So I waited another 10 minutes for him to check, the special coverage states that it is good for vehicle upto 10 years or 150k miles. The vehicle is 2011 with 113K so it should have been pretty easy to determine. The service adviser Dennis did make me feel good like the vehicle would be ready that day, and my appt was at 2:00pm. He telephoned my wife at 5:30 to say that he had to talk to his service dept manager about the steering gear leaking. Mine you this was for a recall affecting the power steering pump and the steering gear housing. I tried to call right back to talk to Dennis but they said he had left for the day. I called at noon the following day and got a call back at 2:30, Dennis informed me that my power steering pump was covered by the recall but they couldn't do it, because I was leaking fluid in the boot of my steering gear. I was a little confused by this, especially since my car hasn't leaked any fluid in over a year. I just checked the power steering fluid last week, prior to a trip to Vegas. He said the cost would be $1400 to repair it. I told him I didn't have $1400 to for it and I would order the parts online unless he could get them cheaper. He called back 30 minutes later and told me he could get an aftermarket part and the price would be $1300 but his service manager said he could not fix the recall without that being fixed as it would add increased pressure on the power steering pump and cause it to blow out faster. When I asked him if he had the part number that was needed he said he didn't then, I screwed up and said that I was looking at steering gear kits online and then he said, did I say steering gear I meant your rack and pinion is gone. If you are going to ignore the customer, not repair his vehicle even after you tell him it is covered, ignore the call from Chevrolet Corporate when they call and give you information about the service bulletin that tells you the customer is covered, and keep the vehicle for 2 days you do not need to have customers. I do agree that the Café is an awesome place to wait, and the food is pretty good and reasonable priced. I have had good experiences with this dealership in the past, and am only holding on to my vehicle to give it to my son, in a year. Now I know of a dealership that want be getting my business. More

Dealer was professional and the entire process was not the long, drawn out ordeal that I have come to expect. All staff involved were polite and friendly. I had my son take it in to be serviced last week, oil change and etc., and he reported that everyone he encountered was friendly, the serving took less than an hour, and received a discount coupon for the cafe there where he went to wait. He was very impressed as they had even washed the car. I'll be returning there for another vehicle when the time comes. More
