Service Advisor Have had several service advisors since I started with O'Rielly's Chevrolet and once I even changed my appointment time to accommodate "my service adv Have had several service advisors since I started with O'Rielly's Chevrolet and once I even changed my appointment time to accommodate "my service advisor" just to to be handed off to someone else when I arrived. Worst experience ever as far as having an assigned service advisor, so what is the point in having this person that is supposed to take care of you. Now when I book my service appointments I no longer request any person in particular since it doesn't matter anyhow. Last time I was there for service I had to go up to the desk to find out that my car was ready for pickup. Awful! More
Not Happy I Brought my Truck in on June 12 2018..have a rattle fixed.. they fixed it.. well two days later my cover on passenger side floor had fallen.. I went back explained I was going out town for work . Tommy my service advisor.. Told me. could not fix . Until later date..take it anywhere they take care of it. Well finally got in shop found out someone cracked my HVac Cover.. $1500..I called service mangers Chuck 4 times never once returned my call.. and Ann I talked once so much for costumer service.. so they denied breaking it .. so know I’m out $1500 Thanks O Riley Chevrolet.. Wouldn’t go for there for service or spend your money.! More
Totallly disappointed with the service at O'reilly Chevrolet Reported that two (AC) actuators were making an odd noise. Was no more than a mile from the dealership only to realize that only one of the actuators Reported that two (AC) actuators were making an odd noise. Was no more than a mile from the dealership only to realize that only one of the actuators was repaired. Labor for one actuator was 299.98. They said they would replace the other actuator at no charge but could not do anything about the labor charge. They said the labor charge for two actuators would have been close to 500 dollars!? Wow!!! I just don't see how replacing two plastic parts(?) could cost so much?! Chevrolet as a whole should be ashamed of themselves for charging such exorbitant rates! Guaranteed that I will never ever buy another Chevy/GM product. More

Initially, the visit was a little disappointing in that I showed up at the reserved time o These comments are in reference to my first service visit. Initially, the visit was a little disappointing in that I showed up at the reserved time only to wait what seemed like an unreasonable time for someone to even acknowledge I was there. Lots of other cars waiting as well. Eventually someone did check in with me and confirmed that I had an appointment. But then, they left me waiting again for someone else to officially check me in. So my arrival was 9:00 am and I finally went into the waiting lounge around 9:40. My vehicle waited another 20 minutes before it disappeared into the shop. From this point the service experience was very good. The service time was timely and although I had passed on the exterior car wash they washed it anyways. I even had two salesmen try to sell me yet another car. The three dollar credit at the snack bar was a nice touch, but then a cup of free coffee would have been nice. Oh! There was free coffee if you knew where to look. The only other down side was I had decided to check some pricing on extra's for the new vehicle and waited in parts for 15 minutes and couldn't get any help and gave up. Everyone was busy and I guess that's a good thing, but I'm sure I'll purchase what I was looking for elsewhere. As for the vehicle purchase, it went seamless with the exception the vehicle didn't have floor mats. "No problem I'll put those on order and call you when they come in" I was told. The call never came so I checked in with our salesman during the service and the solution was to rip them out of another vehicle. Well! This was fine except they came out of a vehicle being driven by someone and they were dirty. A little disappointing! Also, obviously my truck was probably missing floor mats for the exact same reason in that we purchased new but the vehicle had been driven several thousand miles and probably had the original floor mats ripped out to give to a previous customer. If and when that happened, one of the two plug devices holding the driver side mat was ripped free and was just laying on the floor. I gave that to our salesman at time of purchase. Now that I have mats, I realized there is a hole in the mat without that plug. "No problem I'll get one for you and call you", I was told once again. That was several weeks ago and I'm loosing faith there will ever be a call. More
