I absolutely cannot say enough about the wonderful friendly service we received from everyone at the ONeil dealership. We technically weren’t looking to buy a new vehicle and were just browsing the friendly service we received from everyone at the ONeil dealership. We technically weren’t looking to buy a new vehicle and were just browsing the showroom while waiting for an oil change. We saw the 2019 Murano in the showroom and immediately fell in love with it. Drew Pearlman happened to notice our interest and asked us if he could help or if we had any questions. I chuckled and replied “Give me a deal my husband can’t refuse”. Drew replied “ Well we have an amazing sale going on and unbelievably great financing deals.” He now has my husbands interest ( great price & low interest financing), to just “LOOK” at the vehicle and the numbers. Daryl Smith was our salesman and was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the features the vehicle had and answered any questions about various options and or packages offered. We talked and joked around without any awkwardness or unsure feeling of whether we were getting a good deal. He made us feel comfortable and didn’t have the usual “if you don’t buy this tonight the offer can change” pitch. When we came in to pick up the vehicle and complete all of the paperwork we were extremely happy the process was seamless. The finance department had everything prepared and explained additional warranty packages and the related cost and features of each. We were pleasantly surprised he didn’t use high pressure tactics to try and convince us to purchase them. We will definitely be back when we are ready to buy our next vehicle. C. Oravec More

Not so, at O'Neil Nissan. Maggie O'Neil, with her brilliant and charming smile, smooths the way for the best of day. Lisa greets you, quickly with charm and faith, at the counter! Only to be followed by William. He will take the deal, from entrance to exit. Expect nothing less than all of your needs, wants and desires to be fulfilled. Imbued within the customer experience, christened alike Robert Frost, you too will take the road less traveled. Comfort, music and sound. O'Neil brings all to you at the table, while William and Maggie assemble your options. They retire your former lease, and quickly snuggle up and help you find the shelter in your newest ride. The Nissan Rogue delivered the same intent, in material goods, as did the etherial and pleasant experience of any great buy at O'Neil Nissan. William superfluously sponsored many clientele, that afternoon. And all the while, I was certain of it, that each and everyone of us thought that he was our own! Awesome Experience with Transparent People I recently graduated in May and now have a full time job, so when my car started having issues, I decided to lease a car. My first stop was at O’Neil I recently graduated in May and now have a full time job, so when my car started having issues, I decided to lease a car. My first stop was at O’Neil Nissan. Here, I worked with Eric Bodenheimer who taught me a lot about leasing, was transparent about all information, and was just a very open and friendly person. He was informative about leasing in general, not just as someone trying to make a deal. Because this was my first place to go, I did shop around a little bit more and looked at other places. The treatment and transparency of this Nissan was incomparable to all other places I went (6 different companies). Eric offered a great price and made sure I got exactly what I wanted (for that same price!). After leasing the car he sat with me and showed me all aspects of my new Rogue. Highly recommend O’Neil Nissan and Eric!! More

2019 370z purchase I received fantastic service from the General Manager, Drew and Eric, Salesman. I came from Columbus, Ohio via Southwest Airlines to purchase the car. I received a call from Eric during a flight layover in Nashville informing me that they had a Tornado come through Warminster which knocked out power around the Nissan dealership. Eric assured me that they would find a way to deliver my Z that day anyway. Drew had arranged to have me picked up at the Philadelphia airport by a Nissan employee. But this person wasn’t able to make it due to the power outage and a sick wife. So he arranged to have me picked up via Lift/Uber .since the dealership was without power, I met Drew and Eric at Drew’s House. They were able to get my Z from the dealership while I was in transit. When I arrived, there in Drew’s driveway was the 370z. Drew invited me to have lunch with them at his house - Philly-Cheese-Steak sandwiches. Then I checked out the car along with a test drive. Completed paperwork at his house.. Eric showed me a few features with the Navigation system and set-up Bluetooth connection to my iPhone. Wow, when was the last time you received deliver of your new car at the dealer’s General Manager’s house? Although the Tornado knocked out power from the dealership, Drew and Eric went out of there way to still deliver me my Z on my planned arrival. Great people to work with! Tom More
Smooth and painless I came in for an inspection on my 2010 maxima and it didn't go so well. I had an option to keep dumping money in my car or trade it in. Lucky for me they were interested in buying my maxima. My credit wasn't the best but Darryl Smith went through every option to get me into the car I wanted. Finally we agreed on the nice 2019 rogue sport sv. I loved this car first sight. I only had a little money down at the time. My car note was due next Friday so I suggested if they can wait a week to bring the rest of my down payment. That way I can use my car note money to put down for the rest of the down payment. I got a a call a day later from Darryl Smith saying I can get the rogue sport and pay the remaining down payment later. That was perfect news because I didn't want to keep driving an unsafe car with my my pregnant wife and two year old son. The whole process was fast and painless. I'm loving my new 2019 Rogue Sport sv. If you want a car and need some one to fight for you all day and night. See Darryl Smith. Mr. Smith will not let you leave without getting you into a car you want. More
