2019 Maxima It’s been 8 years since I had my last car. I found the unusual beauty online and immediately sent an inquiry email. Jessica E responded and initially answered questions and helped with the deal. She then transferred me to Brian W, who was AMAZING and knowledgeable about the vehicle.... I think he was just as excited about me. Then to take care of the moment (I brought in my own funds), I spoke to Tom B. He was a pleasure and informed me of additional coverage important to the vehicle; he was NOT too “pushy”. It was a complete pleasure working with all three associate and definitely worth the 3hour drive from MD/DC to pick up my new car and even more wonderful driving it back home. They were all AMAZING!! They were very honest and straight forward with us, extremely pleasant, and offered us the best price around without any haggling. Everything was explained to us thoroughly - financing, car features, the car itself, and a thorough tour of the beautiful and convenient service area and shop. What a breeze! We live over an hour away from this dealership, but we WILL be back because this is the type of professionalism that customers seek, and is unfortunately missing at other car dealerships.
