The buying process was quick and easy. Everyone was nice. The truck was not cleaned the first or second time I brought it back to have it cleaned. I don’t know who deserves the bad review but I’m certainly not satisfied with the service I received. I wouldn’t recommend the dealership based on attention to detail. Lou has been very responsive to my messages. But he didn’t make sure the clean up was taken care of the 2nd time. I am waiting for the new vent to come in. More

The team that helped was Great. The only thing I didn't like is that we asked to keep our payments at 300 that did not happen. Our loan went up by $4000 without asking. The only reason we did not walk out and leave the vehicle behind is because my husband feel head over heels with the Frontiers. He was always a dodge ram person. He has not had an update vehicle since 2008. As for coming back I am not sure. More
