A great experience despite Covid-19 I wanted to trade in my SUV and had been waiting for the right time with Covid-19. Finally it came and my husband and I walked into O'Neil's. I wanted to see in person - not on line or even virtual. We were met by Marin Harwood. What a nice salesman!! The experience was great and the attention to my wants was met. Marin spoke to me - not my husband, made me comfortable and explained everything to me - more than once. I had another deal on the line and Marin met and exceeded that deal and made me very, very happy with my decision. We had purchased a Buick from O'Neil a while ago. Glad we came back. We hope to trade a Maxima in later this year and Marin will be our guy. Eric Bodenheimer as great and the finance person was super (sorry ( can't remember his name). More
