Poor Customer Service I am a 2nd time buyer and was very disappointed in the customer service experience I received. Originally I had purchased the extended warranty (unde I am a 2nd time buyer and was very disappointed in the customer service experience I received. Originally I had purchased the extended warranty (under pressure) and decided later that I no longer wanted /needed it. I contacted Walt via email and advised him of my request to cancel it. I then called him days later because I did not receive an email response. He advised me that he sent my email to Tom Baird. I then emailed Tom Baird, waited a week and emailed him again, waited a few more days and then called him. He said he would process it right away. After several days I checked my balance with the Nissan Motor Acceptance and it still was not processed - this is now about one month's time. I finally received a call from Tom Baird who said it would be completed the next day (Friday) or by Monday, I called NMA on Monday and it was not completed and they said "maybe tomorrow". I also found out at this time that only the cost of the extended warranty was being applied and not the taxes that were paid for this item. I then contacted Maggie O'Neil who said you don't get that back. I disagreed and she was dismissive of my complaint so I contacted the BBB. I then received an email from her stating that she would not sell me a car in the future. I also received a check in the mail from O'Neil for the amount of the sales tax paid. I love Nissan cars and as I have stated, my first car was bought at O'Neil and I serviced it thru O'Neil for the entirety of owning it. I bought my 2nd Nissan Sentra from O'Neil and was planning on continuing the service for this car at O'Neil but no longer feel welcomed or appreciated by them and will now look for another dealer for my future needs. More
