So things started out well, all of my questions were being answered quickly and efficiently. I sent them all the information requested to get my quote/rate. Once that was done I asked for a copy of the contract to go over as anyone would because its common sense. The moment I brought up the contract communication magically became an issue for some reason. I was told "Sure I can write up a contract on monday because today was very busy". First red flag right there. I find it surprising that it was so busy all of a sudden after all the prompt communication I was receiving that day especially considering that we're in the middle of a pandemic where almost no one is going out places let alone purchasing cars but ok. So Monday comes and goes and what a surprise still silence, no communication whatsoever. I had to reach out once again to bring it up and this time the response I received was "Sure let me check on that." And once again radio silence. What is there to check on? You're either doing it or not. Why even bother going through the whole process with me just to ghost me at the end, seriously? Then I reach again ask again for an update and I recieve this response from her, "I will ask my fiance manager now with month end we are busy." Days later and still nothing. I reached out AGAIN for the last time and once again she changes her story and gives this response, "Okay we will do it shortly." And days go by after, still nothing.. xxxxing ridiculous. One simple request and she xxxxs off. So its apparent that she either don't like someone who actually asks logical questions, or there's something shady in the fine print of their contract that she had this big issue sending it to me. All I wanted was to make sure everything checked out before I drove all the way out to this dealer that isn't near me so I can see the car in person and purchase it. Literally that simple but I guess its a good thing, you don't want to end up purchasing a car with a shady dealer who seems to either not care or has things to hide. This was going to my first car purchase as well. What a shame. Ended up going with a different dealer that had the same car and options as the one I was considering getting at this dealer, and somehow they were able to do everything without any issues unlike you were. They literally laughed when I told them about this experience I recieved from you. Oh and if you're wondering who the wonderful employee I had the privilege of being taken care of, her name is Danielle Mulligan. She truly is the star employee of your dealership, you should give her a raise. More

I want to thank Daryl Smith for all of his help! After Daryl asking me a lot of questions about exactly what I was looking for in my next car . . This was Truly the best experience I’ve ever had when buying a car .. The car I bought was a 2017 Nissan Rouge that was certified with only 7000 miles ! I feel like I bought a NEW / used car ! Came to look at the car almost near closing time on a Saturday, Brian had it all set up ready to go! Loved it, started some paperwork & put down a deposit. Was suppose to pick it up ready to go on Tuesda Saturday, Brian had it all set up ready to go! Loved it, started some paperwork & put down a deposit. Was suppose to pick it up ready to go on Tuesday. Brian did his best, what he could do. We sat for almost 2 hours, car was not ready like it was supposed to be. Back & fourth in the shop, parts not there, dent guy not there. We took her as is cause of our hour drive there. Brian mailed the parts that were suppose to be replaced and touch up paint as well. Recieved parts today damaged. I am absolutely frustrated but we made a call to Brian after hours and waiting for a call back. I am sure he will have the part sent again and hopefully we can move forward with me loving my new car.
