The dealership was only OK but the customer service was poor, in my estimation. I bought an off lease car and getting it sold was the goal (of course). What irritates me is the speeches from the salesman and the guy who did my loan about what a "family" O'Neil is and if I need anything at all to just call. "Come on into the showroom to say hello when you bring the car in for service." Yadda, yadda, Yadda. Well, that is a a bunch of baloney. You really need yo tell them to cut out the phony stuff and just shake hands at the end of the transaction. I needed some advice and got no real answers, just promises. Exactly why I will get me car serviced somewhere else going forward. I would recommend this dealership WITH RESERVATIONS. Too bad that wasn't an option. The car is very nice, the surrounding vibe, not so much. More
