Very friendly service but poor follow up and follow through on customer directives. Title and tag documents sent to the incorrect location causing l multiple trips to the DMV and lost time from work. Finally there was a rather rude voicemail from Lisa incorrectly stating we hadn’t followed up regarding the vehicle tags when we had and the vehicle was in our possession for barely 2 weeks.
