I recently visited O'Neil Nissan when my lease was maturing. I had been there several times for service and was pleased with the results so I decided to try their sales department. I wasn't sure what model I wanted but I knew that I wanted a Nissan. Luckily, I was met by Donna who worked with me to help choose the right vehicle for me. I felt that Donna was knowledgeable and committed to satisfying me. She was happy to let me test drive a lot of different cars even though it involved a lot of prep work on her part. There was no pressure or annoying phone calls. Donna came in on a holiday to finalize the deal and spent a lot of time familiarizing me with the features of my new car. She even set up my bluetooth before I left the dealership. It was a smooth, swift process and a good deal. Thank you. More

I choose to take delivery of the vehicle on a day when Chuch was not scheduled to be working, but he came in to the dealership to deliver my automobile to me.Chuck spent a great deal of time explaining all the features and how everything on the car works before I drove away.
