Amy is so awesome to work with. I can't wait until I have to pick out my next car. I thought I was just going to find out about the Customer Loyalty program and I walked out of there with a totally coo have to pick out my next car. I thought I was just going to find out about the Customer Loyalty program and I walked out of there with a totally cool 2011 Black Nissan Altima Special Edition and traded in my 2008 White Altima. I have a brand new car with a cheaper payment then before. Tom did all the paperwork to return my old car and lease the new car without any problems and was super nice to work with. Everyone in this dealership is so nice and I highly recommend buying a car from them. Stan Dorman was my first salesman and I am very sad to hear of his passing. He is the reason I leased my first car from O'neil and the reason I came back. Thanks for everything! More
I went to have an oil change and tire rotation on 2/5/2011. They charged me for everything but they did NOT rotate the tires or check the tire pressure. They said the car would be ready in about a 2/5/2011. They charged me for everything but they did NOT rotate the tires or check the tire pressure. They said the car would be ready in about an hour. However, after an hour, I still saw my car outside the garage. I didn't say anything. After another 10 minutes, they pulled my car in. I saw they pulled the car out after about 15 minutes. I was surprised they could do the job so quickly. However, when I picked up the car, I'm 95% sure that they didn't rotate the tires. The front tires have a lot more wear than the rear tires. I questioned then twice and they assure that they rotated the tires. When I got home, I wait about 2-3 hours till my tires get cold and I tested the tire pressure to see if the rear-driver side tire pressure is the same as I checked a week ago. Yes, it has the same tire pressure, 28 PSI, as I checked it last week (it should be 32 PSI by standard). Other tires have the same pressure as well, about 29-30 PSI. So, in conclusion, they neither check my tire pressure nor they rotated the tires. I just wonder if they even did the oil changed. More

Wanted to trade in my 2001 Pt Cruiser but had a very limited budge. Between Thom and Bruce they helped my husband and I purchase a new 2011 Nissan Versa with a great package and a payment plan we could limited budge. They went out of their way to get us a great financing deal, a great price on the car, a rebate, etc. etc. etc. They really took great care of us and helped us get into a brand new car when we thought we need to purchase used. They were amazing. They even netotiated on our behalf with the used car manager to get us a decent value for our trade. I'm so impressed with these guys. This is my first Nissan and if I like the car as much as I liked the people who sold it to me and the service the provided me, I'll be a very very happy customer. More

I want a manager like Bruce Daroff that that will take his/her time in explaining all the financing options for buying & leasing,when it is a good idea to put money down and when it is better to put little or no money down. I want a sales consultant like Sergi who will not rush my decision, who will explain the diffrent features and level of options within a brand line. I want a service department who does not make me feel like they are doing me a favor when I bring in car for some minor routine adjustment. Fourtunatltat O'Neil Nissan I have found such a dealership. I don't have to shop from dealer to dealer. I know that Bruce Daroff & Sergi will give me the right price without playing those traditional dealership games. The selection of vehickiles is always strong but if you need a specific color ar option package that is not on the lot they can quickly and affordable get what you need. These are the reasons That I have returned to O'Neil for my 3rd Murano amd my daughters 2 rogues. Sometimes you hesitate to recomend a dealership to friends & family,feeling a little responsible for the outcome. Not with O'Neil, Stop in and check them out, tell em Brian sent ya! More
I found the People at O'Neil very friendly and attentive to my needs. As the 2011 Murano I was looking for was not in his Stock, Bruce Daroff found it locally and sold it at a price I was satisfied with. Al to my needs. This is the 3rd car I have gotten from O'Neill and I have been dealing with Thom since the early 90's when I got my 1st Altima.All my cars have been leased and this is the first one I am actually buying. All my dealings with this Salesman and Dealership have been smooth,friendly and low pressure.I called ahead of time to state what I needed, went to the dealership a few days later, talked with the Thom, and had my new car by 6pm that evening. I have used their Service Dept for all my cars also and have found those people to be friendly and helpful also.I have no complaints. More
We researched online for a new Rogue, and received a quote within 1/2 and hour. They emailed us the info and when we bought it was the exact price. Everyone was super nice and so helpful. My husband and I tried to get thru to the ins company but were unsuccessful. They stayed on the line on hold for 20 mins until they could get thru to a live person so we would be able to drive our new car home that nite. I would definetly buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
