Thom was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars we looked at (Altima and Maxima. We ended up with the 2011 Maxima...He beat the price that we had been quoted on the same car by another dealership we looked at (Altima and Maxima. John initially handled our inquiry via the internet. He handled our questions well, and followed up without being pushy. He bascially got us in the door. Amy is so awesome to work with. I can't wait until I have to pick out my next car. I thought I was just going to find out about the Customer Loyalty program and I walked out of there with a totally coo have to pick out my next car. I have a brand new car with a cheaper payment then before. Tom did all the paperwork to return my old car and lease the new car without any problems and was super nice to work with. Everyone in this dealership is so nice and I highly recommend buying a car from them. Stan Dorman was my first salesman and I am very sad to hear of his passing.
