Hi Mr. Pellarin, I was aware of your problem in service and I was also aware that our service advisor Fred Jankowski advised that because of the age and high mileage on the vehicle that you do NOT continue to make repairs. Service Manager Tom Olkowski takes one vacation a year around the holidays and got back to you when he returned back to office.
