The sales consultant and his sales manager were extremely helpful in working with me during the entire month I was looking and evaluating the automobile I wanted. The reason I chose to purchase the 2014 Pathfinder from O'Neil Nissan was the cooperation and professionalism of the sales personnel. The over riding factor and the most important reason was that I was never coerced into buying one of the cars on the lot. I had done quite a bit investigating and finding all the information for car and accessories that I wanted in the car. O'Neil's sales consultant, from my initial meeting with him, always said he would find the car I wanted. He never tried to sell me on a car I did not want. I went to several other dealers in the area and everyone of them tried to sell me a car that was on there lot which did not have the equipment I wanted on the car. I wish all the dealers were as professional and helpful as O'Neil Nissan people were. I would highly recommend O'Neil's to anyone. More
My salesman Thom Leibowitz was a fantastic salesman and a pleasure to work with. With several years in the sales industry myself, I can appreciate someone who knows the sales process and follows it freely; pleasure to work with. With several years in the sales industry myself, I can appreciate someone who knows the sales process and follows it freely; with little to no effort, and makes you feel comfortable. He addressed all my concerns as they arrose and didn't dump-truck or go overboard on the pitch and close. His product knowledge on my particular vehicle was okay, but he is by no means a techy nerd who will know all the specs about the vehicles he is selling. In short, he is a old-school salesman: friendly and efficient and trustworthy to a fairly high degree. Compared to other dealerships I have purchased at before, the sales/contracting portion of the deal was a little less friendly and less coordial than I would have liked, but I guess at that point they already have you "yes" and maybe it doesn't matter too much. I think the sales management team could use a lesson in the rapport-building thier sales staff is so good at. I have been back twice since my purchase for minoe scheduled maintenance, and each time my salesman Thom has greeted me warmly and taken the time to see how things are going. The folks over in the service area are pleasant and great at working around my busy schedule to accomodate me individually. More
From sales to service always a great and friendly attitude. Recently had an issue where I believe the paint was dinged during service and the service manager Tom OKowlski made it right. He corrected the problem in an efficient and timely manner. I still stand behind my choice to drive the almost 1.5 hour for the service and leave those central NJ Nissan dealers in the dust. I highly recommend O'Neil Nissan if you are in the market for a new or used Nissan or simply need a new car. Run don't walk!!!!! More

I could not have asked for a better car buying experience than I received at O'Neil Nissan. The friendly and professional staff at O'Neil did everything in their power to make my purchase as efficient yet in than I received at O'Neil Nissan. The friendly and professional staff at O'Neil did everything in their power to make my purchase as efficient yet informative as possible. Before setting up an appointment I emailed a salesman, by the name of Conor, the general price range I would be able to afford as well as the ideal car I built on the user friendly "Build Your Nissan" website. I had little hopes of actually being able to afford the car I had designed, but sure enough when I pulled into the parking lot, Conor had a 2013 Graphite Blue Nissan Rogue right outside the door as well as an illustration for a lease which was exactly in my price range. Going to O'Neil was the best and easiest decisions I have ever made, and I look forward to my next purchase with them. More

Wow-what a great experience! Donna and Conor went out of their way to find the best deal for my new Nissan and they came through in a big way! There were none of the old school tactics such as the haggling their way to find the best deal for my new Nissan and they came through in a big way! There were none of the old school tactics such as the haggling with the back office gang, or the nonsense games on the trade. They were both very up front and professional presenting all the figures clearly including the "true" price of the new vehicle. Also the whole sales team was nice to my little son...joking around with him and all. Overall couldn't be happier with the way we were treated, the deal we were given, the delivery process, and finally the vehicle itself. Donna and Conor, thanks for your friendliness and professionalism and doing the best job possible for me as the customer. It's easy to see why O'Neil Nissan has continued to do well with employees like you guys. Thanks again and best wishes for continued success! More
