This agreement Upon multiple phone and e mail conversations Max Hamilton the used car assistant manager and I agreed on a price for a used 2016 Honda. This agreement occurred on Thursday August 3rd. On Friday August 4th as requested I sent him a copy of my Driver Licence and proof of insurance for the Honda. On Saturday August 5th I notified him that I have my certified bank check and that I can drive from Long Island Monday or Tuesday to pick up the Honda. Max requested Monday. On Monday August 7th at 10am after taking an unpaid day off of work I notified Max I would be heading up to him about noon. Max quickly replied back that he had a possible buyer in the showroom and he would contact me back in 20 min. 55 min later with no call from Max I called him to find out they reached a deal with another buyer and that there waiting for confirmation of financing, Max again told me he would call me back if things fall threw. Finally at approx 11:30 am he text me saying he's sorry for the inconvience and that this isn't how they do business. I suppose the hundreds of dollars in pay, time spent going to insurance agent and time spent going to bank along with having to explain to my children that not all people have honor in how they conduct business should all be washed away by a heartless sorry text message. He was able to move us through every aspect of our purchase smoothly and efficiently. We felt the vehicle was fairly priced. He offered us a few "extras" but in a very relaxed, no pressure manner. I would definitely consider doing business with this dealership in the future. More

However when it came down to purchasing a car Max Hamilton get an A+. He was very friendly, informative, professional, as well as down to earth and understanding our needs and concerns. Every question we had he was able to answer with joy and he knew his stuff. With Max, we were able to work out a deal and purchase the car in no time! Simply put the people of O Neil nissan are very friendly and they want to sell you car not just for commission but because they know you will be driving the car and you must love the price and car to get it which you will at O Neil nissan. Both the body shop and the the service department went over the truck. They all but told me "don't buy this vehicle". When I returned the truck to the used car dealer he all but clasped. He could not believe all the problems they uncovered. If the Great All Mighty created a better place to do business "She" kept it to herself. Many thanks. Regards, Frank More

They Replaced my door with a new Door and added body side moulding and free oil changes to make up for problems. I Leased my 2015 Nissan Frontier SV from O’Neil Nissan in Warminster, PA. A few weeks after I purchased my truck I noticed one of the clips that held my rubber molding on the rear passenger’s door was broken. I didn’t want to waste 2 days taking my truck to get the part and getting it replaced. So I purchased the part and installed it myself. But I could not ever figure out how it broke, A few months later I was hand washing my truck and I notice there where specs in my paint on the passenger’s side rear door. I called O’Neil Nissan service and was told to bring the truck in and they will look at it. I brought my truck in and the Head of the Body Chop told me, my truck was damaged when it came in and it was just a scratch and they fixed it, but some dust got into the paint and they would fix it and bring it back after Labor Day. I dropped my truck off and the Body shop did the work in 3 days and I was called to come get my truck. I picked it up at night and didn’t get a good look at the repair. Two days later, I gave the repair a good look over and it was worse!!! I had 2 runs in the clear coat, 1 had marks where the tape line was not blended and I also took notice to the inside of my door and Realized the door Skin has been replaced cause I can feel how the door skin seam was hammered and not machine applied. So now I contact Nissan about this and they contacted the dealer, and so did I. The body shop asked me to bring my truck back in and they now admitted that my door skin was replaced, This is the 3rd time they are working on the door - first time was before I bought it and now 2 more times since I owned it! So, how much damage was really done to this truck?? Oh by the way this Truck was sold as a NEW Truck with all this damage done to it!!! So now I am leasing a new truck that has more damage to in than some cars on the road for 10 years. I contacted Nissan and they said since it was a Dealership issue and not a manufacturer flaw, I have to take it up with the Dealership!! SO NEXT TIME YOU BUY A NEW CAR… CHECK IT OVER LIKE A USED ONE, OR END UP LIKE ME WITH A TRUCK THAT HAS MORE PAINT WORK THAN A 10 YEAR OLD CAR!!!! More
