Second to nothing I would like to share my experience with O'Neil Nissan in Warminster. My lease were about to expire and I needed a new car for lease. Friend of mine s I would like to share my experience with O'Neil Nissan in Warminster. My lease were about to expire and I needed a new car for lease. Friend of mine suggested this dealership and gave me phone number of Donna Mechmann (sales manager). This was the best advice ever. I tried several other Nissan dealerships and leasing companies. Prices were similar everywhere... Everywhere but at O'Neil Nissan. Donna possessed valuable information, that other dealers din't know (or didn't want to use). As a result, I was offered such a great deal no other were even close. (By the way, one of these other dealers contacted me later and couldn't believe that such a deal was even possible). The whole process went easily and seamlessly. I needed this car in 3 weeks. There was no pressure for immediate purchase. Particular car was reserved for me. Italo Serpa(sales) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through my new vehicle. At the day of delivery, it took about 40 minutes to complete the transaction, thanks to Conor Stokes, who did my contract. For very reasonable price, I was offered and signed up for great vehicle service, I would recommend to everybody:Ultimate Platinum Protection. It was my best experience with a new car lease. I recommend O'Neil Nissan and Donna Mechmann personally to everybody, who needs a great car, and values excellent service, best price, and courteous attitude. More

Lack Of Customer Service I called for a service appointment and received no response from the service department until 7 hours later telling me to call back the next day to sc I called for a service appointment and received no response from the service department until 7 hours later telling me to call back the next day to schedule an appointment. When I informed them I was going to have my service done by another dealer because of the lack of customer service response I was told that I could go to any dealer for service without giving me any apology why it took them so long to respond. This is the second time within six months this happened to me. I guess they are so busy doing service work they have no need to respond and do not need the money. More

This agreement Upon multiple phone and e mail conversations Max Hamilton the used car assistant manager and I agreed on a price for a used 2016 Honda. This agreement occurred on Thursday August 3rd. On Friday August 4th as requested I sent him a copy of my Driver Licence and proof of insurance for the Honda. On Saturday August 5th I notified him that I have my certified bank check and that I can drive from Long Island Monday or Tuesday to pick up the Honda. Max requested Monday. On Monday August 7th at 10am after taking an unpaid day off of work I notified Max I would be heading up to him about noon. Max quickly replied back that he had a possible buyer in the showroom and he would contact me back in 20 min. 55 min later with no call from Max I called him to find out they reached a deal with another buyer and that there waiting for confirmation of financing, Max again told me he would call me back if things fall threw. Finally at approx 11:30 am he text me saying he's sorry for the inconvience and that this isn't how they do business. I suppose the hundreds of dollars in pay, time spent going to insurance agent and time spent going to bank along with having to explain to my children that not all people have honor in how they conduct business should all be washed away by a heartless sorry text message. Oh so then I speak to Ed the manager and his smart as* response is first come first serve More
