Thank you for your response but the service was not only for an oil change but tire rotation and state inspection and after a second time I have no faith in your service department or your customer service that is why I went to Fred Beans Nissan which I was treated like a customer should be treated and my service work done in a timely manner as resident in your community you can be sure I will make my friends aware of your service department and your customer service. Tell that to Drew Pearlman the General Manager.
