Unexpected Day at the Dealership After having some “not so good” experiences with my previous dealership, I came into O’Neil this morning for an oil change and to test drive a car sin After having some “not so good” experiences with my previous dealership, I came into O’Neil this morning for an oil change and to test drive a car since my lease was soon coming to an end. Eric met me in service and offered to help me with the test drive. He was very accommodating and super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The test drive went great, loved the car! But the best part, I never felt I was being”sold”. The process was so easy and actually fun!
