Excellent car buying experience!! We set out for the day knowing we needed to come home with a car. We had a few dealerships on our list and O’Neil was the first stop. Lou K. greeted us in the lot, listened to our “wish list,” and showed us vehicles that met our criteria. He was mindful of our budget and provided us with all of the information necessary for us to weigh our options. Due to the phenomenal deal, we set out to our next dealership knowing that we could afford and drive home with a brand new Altima! Needless to say, once we arrived at dealership #2 we were back on the road within the hour and on the phone with Lou asking him to hold the car. We knew we had to get ourselves back to O’Neil. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNMATCHED. We have a brand new Altima SR Special Edition and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you O’Neil Nissan and especially Lou Kaiser! More

My Salesman was Chey and he really cared about making sure i got everything i wanted regarding loan, price of car, trade in and ect. It was very welcoming and not at all a pushy environment! Straight to the point and no bs! Since it was my first time buying a car i was a little confused at first but everything was explained to me greatly! I have checked out a lot of different car dealerships but i can say no other dealership or salesman could compare! Conor in the finance department had everything already prepared today for me so we only spent maybe an hour there doing the paperwork and getting the car. I left really happy today and so grateful to have a great experience my first time ! More
