25+ years and never a problem! How do you beat that? We have purchased at least a dozen cars from O’Neil Nissan over the past 20-25 years. First as two single people,..then as a married couple going from We have purchased at least a dozen cars from O’Neil Nissan over the past 20-25 years. First as two single people,..then as a married couple going from Xterra to Pathfinder to Armada to transport kids and friends/teammates. And now,...both kids are driving and we have not one, not two, but three Nissans in our driveway. What keeps us coming back is not only the reliability of the brand, but the people at O’Neil. ALL the people, from Sales, to Financing to Service. Exceptional, all the time every time. We have recommended O’Neil to both family and friends, both of which ended up purchasing. I wasn’t made to feel embarrassed about my income while I’m studying, or my credit score. Brian was great at determining a down payment that would be in my range. I’m now in a reliable car that fits perfectly into a busy student & work schedule. Truly, if you were there, just this past Saturday, it would have been the proverbial icing on the cake! Ok. Time to turn on the charm. Let’s be honest, here. I turned to Yelp and read all, and I mean ALL the reviews. Both positive and negative. And there seems to be a common thread that runs through both the plus and minus. Either you had a series of bum luck due to a series of most unfortunate events, or you had a successful and happy venture, sealed with a kiss, and brand new automobile! Our experience was the latter. And we, once again, are proud owners of a brand new, and newly redesigned for 2019, Nissan Altima. From the moment we received our pre-sales phone call, to the time I walked in to have a cup of coffee, and relaxation - there is a pervasive atmosphere of family first, and friends…friends…and hard working people running about, doing what they do best - customer first priorities. Make no mistake, here. You might find yourself sitting with your loved ones for a few minutes, or even a few hours for a sale. It can happen, here, and there. Remember the grass is not always greener on the other side! Here, at O’Neil, you can take my word for it - that EVERY employee is doing his or her job to continue to satisfy the needs of customers, both internal, and external. And this is not to mention the charitable organizations that Bill and Maggie continue to support, with your hard earned capital. Capital. With a Capital “C”. No. Make that an “A”. Capital service is not an afterthought for your sales experience. Go ahead, and visit with your sales person, after the sales, and you will find out for yourself that even the newbie drinking RedBull sales person will categorically remember every detail related to your sales and service. Throughout the even most casual of conversations, you will ever be the circle of sales attention. And I mean that applies before, during, and as I have learned first hand, after sales as well. Top notch dealership, hiring top notch people. Keep it up, Bill and Maggie! Just be sure to press on with the brilliance that is William, in support of Donna in lease and sales. Bring me the box sale. Show me the either - or in sales. Try a “key hold”. Not here! You will only find the best dealership help that decades of sales experience can be afforded. And you will find yourself immersed in positive experiences, here, at O’Neil. When I needed sales assistance to help Janet decide between the 2019 Altima, and the 2019 Rogue, William was fast to provide exactly what we needed. The plan was to put the cars, side by side. And true to form that is O’Neil - we were not pressured to make a decision. And Janet was left, with me by her side, to experience the two Nissan automobiles, and to feel her way to a choice that was all hers. This was expert salesmanship. Let the product sell itself. Champions! Let’s turn the hand of time back a few hours, to before the pre-sale event. I had made sure to visit with our newest hired service writer, Matt Minnich. I had a lease that will be up soon, and wanted to make sure I could opt to buy-in. Matt was instrumental in answering all my questions when it came to costs of automobile ownership, of a car, that was 3 years young, and out of lease. By exchanging his knowledge, with me, I was able to make a deal with Donna, during our lease, and explore ALL of the options that were available to me. There were plenty of configurations to check and explore. And Matt’s input was invaluable in helping me decide how much angst, or money I was willing to put into a Certified Car at O’Neil. The buy-in at the end of lease option may not be the best, at all years, during all times of a Nissan redesign. Donna Mechman, our Sales Manager will spellbind you with her exorbitant abilities in sales karma. Call me, Ishmael! And you will be the survivor of the hunt for the White Whale! Simply give Donna a call a few weeks before your lease is up, and let her car shop for you! Couple the knowledge base of the best service department this side of Pennsylvania, with O’Neils Sales, and they will provide you with the most stunning purchase experience possible. Post sales, your car has been detailed and waiting…and your contracts are ready for signing. Tom Baird, Finance Director. What can I say? Tom is ever present in the moment. You will find him busy at the keyboard, hunting and pecking the keys for the best fitting contract for you. However, his superpower is his keen ability to listen to you, and summon up after sales contracts that fit your needs. He his superb, and is well vetted with smile and handshake. Tom is all business, and all about people. How so? He is 200 percent polished, and demure. To be in Tom’s office for signature, and contract is about as transcendent an experience as one can have, when it comes to shopping for after sales contracts. Why, oh why you ask, is he writing so glowing a report? It’s hard to hide the truth. Yet, tonight I am all smiles as I recall my latest visit to O’Neil. For an oil change and a chat with two old friends. Tom Olkowski, is both Service Manager, and long time friend of over 10 years, now. Justin Hopp, is also counted on as a dear honest trustee of all things automotive within the realm of Express Service Advisor. These two kings, coupled with Tom Chester and Kitty Johnson, as Service Advisors are the real stewards and backbone of O’Neil Nissan dealership. Buy a car if you must. Lease if that is better for you. Commerce is inevitable and money is exchanged. Here at O’Neil, they will take the cold sting out of the exchange of your purse for your car, and make it personable. The deal is done, and once again, Trust is earned for another year. No one person, or experience is perfect. And customers can be down right difficult to work with. I am no different. Yet, O’Neil is very caring for you, throughout your sales experience. Good, bad or indifferent - they will be the ones at the end of the day to carry you through to your new purchase or lease. And the best thought for post sales is that - a gilded service department, a brand all its own with Tom Olkowski’s special zen for perfection - will ALWAYS provide you with the best trained technicians and take all the bumps out of the road. If you have wrangled your way all to this end, let me give you the punch line now.. The special word for the day is SEVEN. Seven cars purchased, leased, and many loaners over the years.
