Lengthy wait for a simple oil change I usually rate O'Neil Nissan with 5 stars for the overall work and customer service. My disappointment is due to the 1 1/2 hour wait for a simple oil change. Nissan offers the special oil change service for a fee at time of purchase. Years ago, you promised an oil change within 30 minutes and you kept to your word! Things have gone down hill in the last few years. Not only do you no longer promise a 30 minute wait, you will not allow me to make an appointment for my oil change, hence the 1 1/2 hour wait. This is very disappointing considering my past history with you. More

I have always been a fan of Nissan Altimas since 1993 and, because of O'Neil's s The service department is what keeps me coming back to O'Neil Nissan. I have always been a fan of Nissan Altimas since 1993 and, because of O'Neil's service team, I have been able to put many miles on my cars. My last was a 2005 Altima before purchasing (always at O'Neil!) my 2016 SL. When I have a problem, it is pinpointed, explained and resolved. I also have observed the same friendly, informative conversations each service member has with other customers in the waiting area when their car is ready. I never have to worry about problems when leaving the dealership, I always feel that they put our safety first. More
