Very Happy I was very happy with my first service visit to the O'Neil dealership. My service writer was Cheri, who took very good care of my car. First, I foun I was very happy with my first service visit to the O'Neil dealership. My service writer was Cheri, who took very good care of my car. First, I found a empty spot alongside the building, instead of pulling into the service area. No Problem she said, she took my keys, and then showed me where the waiting area was located, which was very clean and comfortable. When my car was finished, Cheri came to the waiting room and told me that there were no problems, and explained what they checked over. Cheri always had a smlie on her face, and is a great credit to the O'Neil dealership. More
