I had bought a car from O'Neil Buick GMC so I was aware of them and was heading to Warminster,PA to see friends. I did not have an appointment although I did call to let them know we were coming. I spoke with Cheri. She was up front and told me that she wouldn't be able to have the car looked at until Thursday (it was Tuesday). She was true to her word. We needed a new transmission. Cheri called and said GM would only ground ship the transmission and it would take a week to arrive. She worked with us and the technicians to get our car back on the road as soon as possible. I was very happy with her and O'Neil's service department. More
