2015 Terrain I bought my last car at Faulkner and had a bad experience with O'Neil in the past but I live in between the 2 dealerships and decided to include O"Nei I bought my last car at Faulkner and had a bad experience with O'Neil in the past but I live in between the 2 dealerships and decided to include O"Neil in my comparison shopping. Walt Jazinski and especially Matt Brockelhurst seemed a lot more interested in my wants and needs, as well as making me comfortable in bringing my business to O'Neil instead of just selling a car. i did not feel that way with Faulkner. When O'Neil didn't have the vehicle i wanted in stock, Walt was more than happy to do a locate and was extremely open in keeping me involved in the entire process. Nothing was secretive or hidden from me like it was at Faulkner. Walt found a vehicle I was interested in and in continuing to shop, I found that Faulkner had that vehicle in stock and I test drove it. Because of how comfortable Matt and Walt made me feel I decided to buy from them even though I knew where the vehicle was. Matt was eventually able to set up the dealer trade with Faulkner, but when it came time for delivery, Faulkner all of a sudden "couldn't find the vehicle". Matt continued to search under the parameters that I did not want a vehicle with a sunroof whatsoever. He located another vehicle which also fell through so I was not able to close the deal before I left for vacation. Matt didn't give up and located another terrain that even though it had a package I didn't want, we were able to negotiate a deal that I was happy with since I thought I had a vehicle when I gave my deposit 2 weeks earlier. Just don't bother with them I started going to them for recalls on my airbags over a year ago and things are only worse now. When I started going there were no problems, no warni I started going to them for recalls on my airbags over a year ago and things are only worse now. When I started going there were no problems, no warning lights on, now my airbag light has been on for about a year and they claim it's nothing to do with what they've done to my car. My mechanic said it's a short going to the system that they worked on and it could take half a day at track it down which will cost a small fortune. I just went in there again this week they had the parts to fix the recall I was told the same thing when I arrived. 20 minutes later I received a phone call telling me it was all done, they never had the parts and they will order them now. My time is worth money and I should not be treated like garbage because I had a recall on my car. They are nice to your face and they are screwing you and stabbing you in the back with lies and deceit just getting you in the door. More
