Deceptive or Incompetent I found a truck I was interested in: a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD with a service body. I was in touch with the dealer for about a week, when I noticed t I found a truck I was interested in: a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD with a service body. I was in touch with the dealer for about a week, when I noticed that new dealer incentives made the price of the truck very attractive. I sent another email to Amanda Duffy, who supposedly verified the price and asked me to come in as some rebates were to expire the following business day. I came in that same day, spent a couple of hours checking out the truck (and waiting), just to find out that the price of the truck is actually $8,000 more than advertised or verified. Their contention is that the price of the truck was correct, they just "forgot" to include the "upfitter" of the regular bed to service body. They would not honor the advertised price and declined to accept the responsibility for their omission and misrepresentations. Very disappointed. Will not shop there again. Beware...just because you verify the price does not guarantee that this would be the actual price of your new vehicle. Deceptive or incompetent....either way, I will not shop here again. More

Beware of deciet BEWARE! I bought a 2015 GMC Sierra Denali HD with the duramax at a reasonable price. Then it all went down hill from there! Don't ever buy a car fr BEWARE! I bought a 2015 GMC Sierra Denali HD with the duramax at a reasonable price. Then it all went down hill from there! Don't ever buy a car from or use the service department of this dealership! They are xxxx and deceive and rob you every chance they get. They can't even do the required maintenance from GMC properly. They never filled my DEF fluid up when I bought it or any time I brought it in for service. They took it upon themselves to change my oil at 2000 and 4000 miles just so they could charge GMC for the service even though I didn't need it and only needed the exhaust fluid they never filled to begin with! In doing this they used up my free oil changes for two years in 14 months. Gmc and be owner of this dealership will be receiving nasty emails pointing this out to them also. If I could they would receive a negative star review. More

Looking for a new car....Go to O'Neil Buick GMC! I haven't shopped for a new car in years but it got to the point that I needed a car but couldn't afford to pay much. I went to a few different dealerships and wasn't that impressed. When I gave them my budget it didn't seem like they could be in my range and I was becoming very discouraged. My last stop of the day was O'Neil Buick GMC and the atmosphere and experience there was truly amazing! We were greeted with nothing but smiling faces and it made you feel welcome. I was introduced to Frank Raisman and he was an excellent salesman, not pushy in the least bit. He listened to my story and understood exactly what I could afford. Frank, Joe and Kevin all made it possible for me and my daughter to finally afford a brand new car, and we couldn't be happier! Frank is extremely informative and went over every single feature of my new 2016 Terrain. He introduced me to practically the whole staff and you can tell they are like a big family there.
