Service department leaves a lot to be desired I purchased a used car from this dealership and intial experience was positive, but last few have not been. Recently I took our used car back because I purchased a used car from this dealership and intial experience was positive, but last few have not been. Recently I took our used car back because it had a couple lights come on the dash when we drove it and an oil change. I scheduled service through internet on Monday morning 7 am for a Tuesday appointment at 11. Dropped car off night before Tuesday afternoon received a call that they needed to send car out to Ford dealer for diagnosis. They stated they should have a diagnosis Wednesday and will let me know from there. Never heard from them on Wdnesday finally Thursday afternoon called to find out what was going on. They said it was being finished up but don't come up till they call. Well after waiting almost 3 hours and the fact that they were closing soon I decided to drive up to find car sitting there but the service department closed up except for cashier. So I went to pay for car and they never did the oil change. I wrote them only to be ignored and to date I am still waiting for the call when to pick up my car! I will not take car back to them and definitely woud not buy another car there anymore which is far cry from inital experince but who just flat out ignores thier customers? More

Happy to waste my time Saw a Used Caddy advertised on their site as well as CARFAX site and sent an inquiry. What a bunch of lazy slobs who don’t bother to actually check inventory. I guess it’s easier to just say yeah, come on in! More
