not happy I was very unhappy with the service I received with my service. I told them that a tire was leaking they said that they checked it and it was ok 4 day I was very unhappy with the service I received with my service. I told them that a tire was leaking they said that they checked it and it was ok 4 days later the tire was 8lbs down. I made another appointment this time they found a hole tried to fix it told me the hole was not fixable and was told I needed a new tire. I have had trouble with the tires that came with the car so I said I wanted michelin and I needed 2 tires. told the tires would be there the next day and they were. Came over to have the tires installed I was the tires were installed so I went out to the car and thought I would check tires they put the wrong tires on the car and I had to go back and wait for them to re install the tires. I waited 1 1/2 hours the first time, 2 hours the second time and 2 hours the third time total of 5 1/2 hours. Dave tried to appease me by giving me 2 oil changes on the second day and he only charged me for 1 tire. I appreciate that but the service was terrible.I have bought 2 cars from oneill and this was the worst service I have ever received very unhappy. I typed yes that I would recommend but that is because NOT SURE was not on the list More
