Personal service! I had called O’Neil’s to complain about a squeaking noise in my driver’s seat. Other dealers (other brands!) might have told me to just turn up I had called O’Neil’s to complain about a squeaking noise in my driver’s seat. Other dealers (other brands!) might have told me to just turn up the radio volume, but THIS service department told me to “Please come in, so we can fix it.” They found that all my car seat needed was some additional lubrication, and fixed me up in just a few minutes.
