Oil changes with a smile! I took my new car in for its first oil change, and since it’s such a simple operation I thought I would get the assembly-line treatment, with the leas I took my new car in for its first oil change, and since it’s such a simple operation I thought I would get the assembly-line treatment, with the least experienced person doing the work. Instead, I was greeted at the door by a smiling service advisor (hi Cheri!), who got me set up for the oil change, suggested a tire rotation to get ready for Winter, and then escorted me to the lounge for coffee while I waited. It only took a few minutes until I was back on the road. Great job...as usual! More

Certified Pre-Owned was not presented well We purchased a 2015 Tahoe from the certified pre-owned inventory. The paperwork took quite some time because the numbers for the extended warranty wer We purchased a 2015 Tahoe from the certified pre-owned inventory. The paperwork took quite some time because the numbers for the extended warranty were presented incorrectly and it ended up costing much more than what was initially presented. Ended up canceling the extended warranty due to the high cost and just going with the standard warranty offered on certified pre owned vehicle. After receiving the vehicle and getting home (rainy night) I noticed a loud hissing sound from the front tire, there was a large plug in the tire and it was leaking very bad (PSI was also 60 on just that tire). Seemed they filled it up to hold some air for a few days. The tires on the vehicle had decent tread depth but were a low cost brand tire. Also noticed the alignment on the vehicle was off, there were two missing interior pieces on the inside, and the vehicle had some bad dings that should have been repaired. The dealer offered to fix the tire and then offered no incentives to replace with OEM quality tires. (Even charged install cost after we just bought a vehicle from them). They are fixing the dings as well. Overall, when buying a certified pre-owned do your own inspection thoroughly and ask to see their list - it really seemed like a technician just went down the list and checked it all of since the vehicle was very clean without inspecting properly. Just felt they could have done a much better job handling the situation. More
