Great Job!!! This past Wednesday I was out running errands before my family’s trip to New York for Thanksgiving. While driving around I suddenly started to lose ti This past Wednesday I was out running errands before my family’s trip to New York for Thanksgiving. While driving around I suddenly started to lose tire pressure in both right side tires. I was close to O’Neil GMC and brought my truck in to see if someone could help me. I didn’t have an appointment but my service advisor Phil was great and offered to have someone look at it right away. His team was great and got me back on the road in a short amount of time. Two of the technicians came out to make sure I was ok too and wanted me to be safe knowing I had a long trip. This is my second time bringing my truck to O’Neil and I’ve had the pleasure working with Phil both times. He is great and I will continue coming back for my service because of him and your team.
