diana is RACIST, and full of HATE. I didn't have time to have her call for her manager and the lies in your department about the prices and the quality of the monitor I changed added more weight to the lies occurring in your franchise. Add to this that, when I was trying to reach the service advisor to check for the price, I only called twice, 30 min interval, because I told the RACIST that I don't use voice mails. Most of all I was talking normal, and didn't do nothing out of normal to have you say that the who''s called great member in your team, was overwhelmed. I called twice because I refused to be overcharged, but she was saying that I was calling too much... in two visit to this place I paid more that 1,300.00 dollars, and calling twice to check the price of a part was too much trouble for a great member of your team... you should review how you rate your members, and please feel free to contact me in person if you really really want to have objective conversation...

Finally, o'neil gmc, understood and validated my concern. In two weeks I had to go thru xxxx victimized by RACIST diana and HYPOCRIT dave, and this while I was giving my business in your franchise. I wrote good review, about you, when I purchased the car from you; unfortunately I changed it, and told the public exactly how you treat people. I cannot change people's heart, but I know myself, and never nor will give anybody the chance to discriminate me; and that's why I stood firm and determined. Meanwhile, I will leave it to the justice of the day to day destiny in this earth, to turn all this sulk and hate to both the RACIST and HYPOCRIT. Destiny is JUSTICE, always
