Disappointing and slightly degrading I brought my car in because the windshield wipers stopped working in the snowy weather we just had. I didn't have an appointment and was told I'd have I brought my car in because the windshield wipers stopped working in the snowy weather we just had. I didn't have an appointment and was told I'd have to wait A-day or so, which is completely understandable. The service writer I had physically was shown that the wipers didn't work, I'm a mechanic by trade that is moving to Florida and I'm in between jobs. My tools are packed up so I can't get to the them. The writer called me back and said the wipers are working fine after I showed him that they weren't, I explained to him that as long as there's no bulletins it's in the switch. The hot and cold weather is affecting the circuits. He treated me like I was a inconvenience to him, and someone who had no clue what they were talking about. I've been a mechanic for 35 years and I can't believe I was treated so poorly. Now I'm getting ready to go to my new home 1200 miles away, with faulty wiper system..... You guys should be ashamed of yourself the way you treat people More
