And I am extremely critical when it comes to my cars. I have been an ASE Master Technician since 1978, and was a General Motors Pontiac and Oldsmobile Master Technician for over 15 years before I left the "cars wars" for education. I taught Automotive Technology for 12 years before leaving the lab---please do not call it the "shop" or "vo-tech", it's career and technical education, thank you---for administration. So look at any type of auto repair faciality through the lens of someone who has spent time twisting wrenches and I can truly say that every O'Neil Buick GMC department (sales, service, parts, service pick-up) hits the top mark in every facet of total customer satisfaction.
