Awesome Sales Experiance I have been coming to O’Neals GMC on and off the past 3 years mostly for service. They are close to the house and their team is knowledgeable, profess I have been coming to O’Neals GMC on and off the past 3 years mostly for service. They are close to the house and their team is knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Last summer I had an emergency stop when one of tires was going flat and my toddler was in the car with me. The service team was really helpful that day and I took notice on how I was treated not only by the service team but a few of the sales team members pop over to see if they could help us or even get us a rental if the issue was going to take a while. When my lease came up on that vehicle I went back to O’Neals and worked with Steve on my next vehicle. Steve had been keeping in contact with me since I got my old vehicle just to check on how I was enjoying my experience and he was now at O’Neals which was a plus. He and the rest of the team at O’Neals made my new experience really easy and faster than I had expected. I stopped over one night after work looked over a couple vehicles and test drive. Talked a few numbers and got to an agreement that night. I scheduled pickup. When I went back did my paperwork my new car was ready shortly after and I was back on the road in no time. Third time wasn't the charm My car has been at oneil for service three times on three months due to radio/tech screen blanked out and being unusable.
