Excellent mechanical skills Brought my 2018 Regal in for its first state inspection, and was very pleased (as usual!) with their cheerful professionalism. My only complaint is with GM itself, for causing a problem that even the O’Neil Service Department can’t correct: my vehicle’s “Comfort and Convenience” software menu has had a problem since I bought the car in May 2018. The Service Manager looked it up when I first reported it, and found that it was a known software problem at GM - which they have never corrected. O’Neil’s excellent service technicians have checked with GM repeatedly, but this bug has not been corrected yet. So...kudos to O’Neil for their excellent work, despite a lack of help from GM. More
