Great Service As usual, my experience with O'Neill Buick/GMC was great. Arriving at 8:30 am, my appointed time set up over the phone with Service Manager, Dave Hogg As usual, my experience with O'Neill Buick/GMC was great. Arriving at 8:30 am, my appointed time set up over the phone with Service Manager, Dave Hogg, I was met at the door by Cheri Erhard. Since this was my first appointment with my new 2019 GMC Terrain it was pretty much just an oil change and checking the car over. By 9:30 am, I was on my way home. I say as usual because I have been dealing with O'Neill since 1987, you could say I know what I am talking about because I keep coming back. I always trust my car with Dave and his service team!!! More
