Delayed part but service did great Took 4 weeks to get a part... but Chuck in service made it so much better! Great communication, very nice loaner and excellent service. Sounds like GM knew this part was a problem and kept the service Ctr and customer a bit in the dark. All worked out and I was able to continue life without interruption! Bad experience, repeatedly lied to Noticed my tailgate on my 1 month old truck didn’t latch properly. Said they fixed it by adjusting the tonneau cover, even though I told them the prob Noticed my tailgate on my 1 month old truck didn’t latch properly. Said they fixed it by adjusting the tonneau cover, even though I told them the problem was there before the cover. Needless to say it wasn’t fixed, was told it wasn’t that big of a deal because it wasn’t that far off. Then they tried to charge me $63 even though it is brand new and they didn’t fix the issue. Was told to go to their body shop in Hatboro. So now I have to coordinate with the body shop, even though they thought that the dealership should have brought the truck down to be repaired. When I complained to my salesman I was told he went to the owner and service manager with my situation and that I would hear from them. Still waiting on that call..... More
It was ok I've been coming here for 2 years now and everyone is very nice. The problem I have is that it takes an hr or more for a basic oil change. Way too lon I've been coming here for 2 years now and everyone is very nice. The problem I have is that it takes an hr or more for a basic oil change. Way too long. Even with an appt it takes an 1hr out longer. This last time I went the man did I need an oil cap that would cost 10 dollars. When I went to go pay it was 20 dollars. So that really made me upset for him to flat out lie. I gave them my coupon for 10 dollars off and they said he took it off already. I come with coupon every time so I guess he figured I didn't have one and made it believe that the cap was 10 by giving me a discount that I get anyway. That was completely unacceptable. More
