No pressure, friendly, knowledgeable staff. This dealership was recommended by a good friend, and to ask for Tom Wardle to work with us. My wife and I are both retired, and I was working part This dealership was recommended by a good friend, and to ask for Tom Wardle to work with us. My wife and I are both retired, and I was working part time at a competitor dealership. We were looking at a base model, no frills just basic transportation. Tom understood our situation, and worked with us, explaining different incentives that were available to us, and the different warranty programs. In the end we bought our Buick, not the base model, but a 2018 leftover that had just about every upgrade you could ask for, and the payments were close enough. My wife pointed out to me later, how the buying experience was so much better at O'Neil Buick GMC, than at the dealership I used to work for, where we had bought our last 2 new cars. I was impressed with all the sales staff, how friendly everyone is, and how they all helped to get our car out of the showroom. Finally, when we spoke to Joe in the finance dept, he went through everything again, making sure we understood the warranty protection, and all the incentives that we received, and our payment schedule, and answering all our questions.
