Exceptional Customer Service! Exceptional customer service throughout! I couldn’t be more pleased and will continue to be a customer of the O’Neil family! I was coming from a very Exceptional customer service throughout! I couldn’t be more pleased and will continue to be a customer of the O’Neil family! I was coming from a very long time customer at another dealership and decided to check out O’Neil Buick GMC in Warminster, PA and I am so glad I did! I wish I had only done it much sooner! I truly had no idea what I was missing all these years.    My first contact with O’Neil Buick GMC was with Kate who is extremely pleasant to talk to. She got back to me very quickly with the quotes I had asked for. Anytime I had a question she right away had the answer. I spoke with her pretty late. I probably kept her even over the time she was supposed to go home but she still was helping me and replied to every email I sent. She set up a time for me to come in and was even able to do the exact time I asked for.  When I walked into the dealership I was greeted with Kindness and was not at all overwhelmed as other places are when you walk into their showroom. Frank came over and kindly introduced himself and then brought Kate out to meet me who it just as pleasant in person! Kate had Frank all set with everything we discussed prior to my arrival and Frank even had the car ready for me to test drive. The process from beginning to end was smooth and easy. During my time there Mike O’Neil came over to greet me and induce himself. He genuinely thanked me for coming in and wanting to be a customer. When going over everything with the rates Frank made sure that I understood everything 100%! Once that was done I meet with Joe to complete the finance process and paperwork. He also made sure that everything on paper was exactly what I expected and agreed upon with Frank. Again, wonderful customer service. Everyone was so friendly, not just a few, but all of them and showed that they actually care. It felt like I had known everyone for years!  Once that once done Frank went through the owner’s manual with me, set me up with the GM rewards and my first service appointment. He even brought me to the service department where I meet Bree who you can tell is the sweetest person. They offer so much including car shuttles and car washers at no cost. While I was giving the tour and all my car was being completely cleaned nice and shining including inspection and a full tank of gas. Once that was done Frank went over the inside of the car and even paired my phone. He really went above and beyond! They made such an impression I even remembered all their names!   I left there knowing I was happy with my new Buick and that I made the right choice with O’Neil! Thank you all for making me feel at home!   More
