You get what we want to do-not always what you want Brought truck in for WIFi issue and tire wear. Asked them to contact OnStar because there is data they have regarding my slow wifi and an open cas Brought truck in for WIFi issue and tire wear. Asked them to contact OnStar because there is data they have regarding my slow wifi and an open case number. They refused to do this. Said it was working perfectly. I asked what is the speed threshold of acceptable. Apparently there is no spec. Unfortunately for me, the problem remains. When I picked up the truck and showed then the wifi issue remains- to the tech's credit he came out and saw the issue and tried a few things, but left me with saying he is going to have to look into some TSBs. Asked them to dismount the two front tires on my dually truck (due to outside edge wear) and flip the tires on the rims. Was told it is $19.xx per tire to do this. Replied I was not expecting it to be free and am happy to pay for good service. Truck has the rims and tires swapped from left to right. Not dismounted and the outside edge of the tires continue to wear. They did inspect my vehicle and tried to sell me on an oil change, but what I brought the truck in for was not made a priority. More
