Slowest and sketchiest service ever My car was in for a repair due to hitting some road debris. 50 days later I had my car back after multiple missed “promised dates”. When I finally rec My car was in for a repair due to hitting some road debris. 50 days later I had my car back after multiple missed “promised dates”. When I finally received my car, there was additional damages to the car done by the techs. The advisor admitted they knew about the additional damages and agreed they would fix them at no charge. But resulted in me bringing the car back. They tried to patch up the damages with hopes that I wouldn’t notice. I also contacted VWOA, who did nothing. Worst experience ever. The service advisor was nice and understanding of the situation with me in person but couldn’t work miracles with his sketchy shop workers. After everything was done they tried to sell me new tires by adding them to the bill as and I quote “your tires have only 70% life left”. Unreal experience, will never go back to that dealer unless I have no choice. More

I spoke to Adam about the situation on a Monday an The gas cap on my '04 Jetta was not functioning correctly, would not unlock on a continuous basis. I spoke to Adam about the situation on a Monday and acquired an appointment for the following Friday. Upon retrieving my vehicle, Adam explained the issue at hand. Oh, he also contacted me when I could go for my Jetta and then arranged for a ride for me to obtain it. I appreciate all these little courtesies when I employ any service pertaining to anything I need. Thank you Adam and all the service people, they make my life so much more tolerable. B. Diaz More
