Adam is my go to guy. I have had several Volkswagens and I have loved them all, but because I’m a used car guy, there have been issues at times. Not all problems are easily diagnosed and can be frustrating. Adam has always been great to work with. On my most recent visit I dropped my car off midday for for some recall work the next day. I have seen these issues since having the mandated changes made t Received notice from VW that the Adblue heater needed to be replaced due to issues. I have seen these issues since having the mandated changes made to my 2014 Passat TDI. Hopefully this returns it back to more normal operation--I will never get the same mileage as I used to, but that is the fault of the "tree huggers" not VW. Adam did a great job of getting me scheduled, the service performed and me on my way. More
