Leaking rear shock Came in of all time on a Saturday!! Thought I would have to rent a car to get 30 miles back home. Found aa. Resolved an obscure Touareg issue Diagnosed and repaired a faulty brake light sensor that caused the throttle response to cut out. Very obscure problem but I’m told a safety response. Caused more problems and you dont have rental cars. Car was in multiple times. Service denied any problems with the car. The morning after the last service visit the car made horrible noises it had neve Car was in multiple times. Service denied any problems with the car. The morning after the last service visit the car made horrible noises it had never made before, and was squeaking over bumps probably because they sprayed something on my engine mounts. I also have video the morning after service with horrible audible engine noise. No problems were solved and problems got even worse. They got so bad that I just got rid of the car with 28k miles on it because it is falling apart and dealership not owning up to any problem and my warranty was going to expire. I will never go back to vw for anything, and omera for that matter! I was forced to get rid of the car because it was not going to last. Thanks for your service! More
