The end result is that I have a repaired car, but missed getting other things done despite my stating the importance when I scheduled the repair. More

Totally changed atmosphere When I first became an O'Meara customer I enjoyed my experience there since signing for a vehicle with them all of the staff that were there at the ti When I first became an O'Meara customer I enjoyed my experience there since signing for a vehicle with them all of the staff that were there at the time have left and they have an entirely new staff who made me feel uncomfortable and very much not as a customer should feel. The service manager for my 30000 mile checkup came across as condescending and the sales people that I spoke to during my most recent visit we're very evasive when asked where my original sales representative was. Since my visit this past week I have traded my vehicle to another dealership and gotten a new car. I do not suspect did I will go back to O'Meara again. More

Always on point. I have purchased multiple vehicles from this location and had them serviced there as well. They are always friendly and helpful and get me taken care I have purchased multiple vehicles from this location and had them serviced there as well. They are always friendly and helpful and get me taken care of promptly. Most recently I had 30k service performed and a day later had a warning light come on. I pulled in the service bay, let Adam at the desk know what was going on and he had the car looked at, the situation fixed and me out and on the road in 15 minutes! Great job guys! That includes: getting informed of the cost up front, making an appointment at the time I like, getting a shuttle ride after dropping off my car, or waiting comfortably in a WiFi- enabled waiting room. My car is always conscientiously cared-for by the mechanic and I am pleased to see all the little details of my car given attention. I bring my VW in for regular maintenance and I have never broken down on the road. This visit adhered to the standard I have become accustomed to at O'Meara. Thanks guys! More

Got my car fixed! My car (Passat) would not start. AAA, who sent a locksmith, and tow truck, to my work parking lot, both said the key needed to be reprogrammed. I told My car (Passat) would not start. AAA, who sent a locksmith, and tow truck, to my work parking lot, both said the key needed to be reprogrammed. I told O’Meara that when I left the car there. It took 5 days for the problem to be resolved. Thought they could have gotten that done faster. We are a one-car family! More
